Welcome to Hart & Siel huis. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.
Products All our products are custom and made to order. Product images are representative and slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our work.
Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout.
Production & Delivery
- Art pieces: 2–3 working days production + 1–3 working days delivery
- All other products: 7–14 working days production + 1–3 working days delivery
Returns As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
